What You’ll Learn

This course will help you prepare your personal portfolio of technical communication work samples as well as prepare you to discuss your technical communication abilities. As part of this course, you’ll conduct an informational interview, also known as a “coffee talk,” with someone working in technical communication so you can find out more about what it’s like to work in this field.
