Course Description

Strong messaging drives trust, alignment, and action—but many teams lose time rewriting, debating tone, and rebuilding content for every audience and channel. In this applied workshop, you’ll learn how AI can support brand and messaging work across roles without turning your voice into something generic. We start with a plain-language view of how AI tools behave (and why outputs sometimes miss the mark), so you can use them with confidence and better judgment.

Most of the workshop builds practical foundations you can reuse anywhere: how to prompt effectively, how to verify outputs, and how to apply safe-use guardrails. We then connect those habits to brand and messaging fundamentals—voice, audience, and key points—so you can produce clearer drafts, create useful variations, and reduce revision loops. You’ll learn how to guide AI toward specificity and consistency, and how to review tone and claims before content is shared.

You’ll leave with practical patterns, examples, and a simple review approach you can apply in your own tools after the session—whether you’re communicating internally, writing customer messaging, sharing leadership updates, creating recruiting content, or building your personal brand.
